This is a very spacious loft in Oakland, CA conveniently located close to major highways and Bart station (only 15 minutes from San Francisco) and walking distance to shops and restaurants. It's located in a safe gated community. It features a private parking spaces for guests, a patio and a picnic area for the crew. The loft was built in 1927 and used to be a furniture factory. It is very spacious and it has two floor levels (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and half). The furniture are high end but cinematographers can move the furniture around and design their own set. It has high ceiling, old bricks New York loft style with great natural light coming from the ceiling. It has dark hardwood. There is two bedrooms/office and one bathroom and half upstairs that you can use as a make up or dressing room space or shoot a bedroom/office scenes. You can have a long night shoot or a early morning shoot without having to worry about complaints. We had many independent filmmakers/music videos who have chosen to shoot here.
