Hello! My name is Jayna Denbow and I am the photographer behind Little Dove Images. I specialize in newborn, baby, child and family portraits. Working out of my home studio in the Dallas metroplex, I serve the Wylie, Plano, Sachse, Richardson, McKinney & Frisco areas. I provide custom portraits, fine art pieces & digital items. Sessions are done by appointment or on-location depending on the client's needs. Newborn sessions primarily focuses on newborn infants (15 days or younger) with optional sibling, parent and family portraits. The younger the baby, the easier it will be to capture the soft, sleepy poses that is my signature. I also offer baby portrait sessions for 4 month, 7 month and 1 year cake smash. Dating back to my school years, I began taking photographs the old fashioned way using a Pentax 35mm film camera and developing my own prints in the darkroom. My passions in art eventually led me to completing my Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2003 and soon after a second diploma from the Art Institute of Dallas in 2006. In 2007 I married my sweetheart, and together we have 2 beautiful children. My love for photography was re-kindled through recording their priceless moments and capturing their innocent beauty. Eventually, my journey as a new photographer led me to a accepting an opportunity photographing day-old newborns in the hospital. For 3 years I worked alongside NICU nurses, learning everything “hands-on” from proper handling, soothing techniques and newborn safety. There was no better job than capturing raw emotion from moms and dads to tender moments like when siblings meet for the first time. Let me help you hold on to these memories forever.
