Good morning, How are you? Let me introduce myself, my name is CJ Napurano, & I am going to help increase your business! And.... here’s how, I am a licensed and insured drone pilot. My family and I have just relocated to Fort Lauderdale from Boston Massachusetts. I’ve set up my shop and I am ready to get flying for you! A little bit about my flight log, I am a certified chef/special needs instructor/Real Estate photographer & videographer, both Commercial and residential. One of my major clients in the Boston area is an upscale apartment building company, Avalon Bay Communities, they are all over the country and I’ve been flying for them over 8 years. With Avalon Bay, I start new projects at least 4 monthly. My job with them is to photograph every property and submit monthly production photographs. The photographs that are submitted or edited, adjusted for color and space etc. I’ve been with the company for almost 9 years. They are such a great company to work with I find myself flying up to to 6-8 times a month for them alone, ,continuing taking photos of the properties, each property takes at least 1 full year for the completion of each project. I do get very attached, believe me. By the time the building is complete.... it belongs to me!! A couple other projects I have worked on recently, last November, I shot most of the aerial video for a major movie that was being filmed in my town Brant Rock. The star of that movie is A two time Oscar winner, and after getting to know him a little bit, very nice person. As you can probably assume, I pilot all state of art aerial video and photography equipment, I have hundreds of hours of experience, I possess a #107 UAS Certification, As well as up to $2 million in property damage coverage I also have clearance for most every municipal airport in the United States, which means, if any property is within a 5 mile radius of a class C or D airport, I have the ability to receive clearance immediately.
