I'm an
Agency / Company
My passion for photography began with traveling.  Given the official title of  family vacation photographer at the ripe age of seven, it was my task to document every outing.  Be it a day trip to the zoo or a week in Disney World - there I was, click click clicking away.  The tops of people's heads were often missing, or we'd be painted white by the flash, but that didn't matter to me.  All that mattered was that, with these photos, I would always remember the days we had spent together.  Fast forward to post-college when I found myself embarking on excursions that kept me on the road for months at a time.  Almost always with a friend by my side we explored national parks and big cities alike,  camped under the stars, climbed mountains, snorkeled in Caribbean waters and learned how to tan hides and graft apple trees while volunteering through programs like WWOOF... and that's only a fraction of it.  Needless to say, a lot of extraordinary experiences were packed into very little time.  Once again I felt the compulsion to capture every detail and moment of my adventures, desperate to catalog my life.  And I'm so happy that I did - so I can share my stories with you today! I strive to bring that same fervor to my client's wedding, engagement and portrait photography.  My use of documentary-style photography captures the organic emotion of each moment, in conjunction with art-focused detail shots and portraiture.  I want each and every photo I deliver to be memorized, cherished and (metaphorically) worn away by generations of love!  One of my favorite pastimes with my family is to sit and look at old photos and slides of the generations that came before us.  To glimpse the lives of people that I may have never have met, but share so much with.  I can only hope that my photos are treated the same way by some future, kooky with nostalgia, kin of my clients.  To this day travel is also still a major part of my life.  Whenever some spare time finds its way to me, I'm off exploring somewhere new or revisiting a favorite spot. Whether I'm on the road or home in Buffalo, I enjoy spending as much time as possible in the great outdoors - camping, hiking, kayaking, skiing, reading or simply soaking in the sun!  One of my favorite things about Buffalo is how much there constantly is to do and see, so I try not to spend too much time holed up in my humble abode. So that's me, in a nutshell!  If I can answer any more questions for you please do not hesitate to email me - or better yet, let's grab coffee!
