Hello there, Thank you for visiting Cheeky Carmen! My name is Chelby Townsley and I am a photographer who recently moved from Orlando, Florida to be back in my home state.. .Texas!! My mom and I both opened Cheeky Carmen three years ago. I've been taking photos ever since I can remember, with my baby sister being the model..... you will be seeing her pop up quite a bit! I come from a big family, and love being around people and capturing their special moments! I currently am in Film School persuing my dreams.
