Photographer in Irvine, California

I have four years of experience working as a photographer, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Photography and Audiovisual Arts and I am a certified alumna of the fashion photography program Photography: Mastered with Nick Knight. Also I have attended a semester at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, Italy in the department of Photography and New Technologies. My years of work have given me experience with all types of lenses and cameras and I understand how a picture can communicate and interact with human emotions. At this time I shoot with a Canon EOS 5 Mark II. In college I was able to work on and experiment on most of the photographic techniques and fields such as analog, architectural, street, studio, commercial and artistic photography. Travelling around the world has given me the chance to capture cities, monuments and unique architectural sites. I am familiar with all social media and especially with Instagram (https://....com/), which I use to promote my work. Studio Photography was from the beginning one of my favorite fields, the controlled lighting environment, the purity of the image and the clean lines are only some of the benefits. My knowledge is not limited in this field; I have worked as a freelance photographer most of the years. Shooting, sorting and editing photo material for various events, artistic & fashion projects, test shots for professional models, in studio & external environment. As an internship I worked for the Benaki Museum in Athens, Greece, re-shooting, editing & archiving material from the museums archive and retouching photos for the purposes of exhibitions. I have created and coordinated a team of professionals including stylists, make up artists and hairstylists for model test shots. As a result I organized and led a group of people often more than 10 in number, depending on the project. Working with various clients and models from all over the world has helped my communication skills. My photographs have been published in magazines & in numerous group exhibitions, one of which was a part of the Biennale di Venezia. I like perfection and accuracy in the results of my work, I always meet deadlines and I am very organized.
