Many photographers talk about their work being the creation of images out of light. While that is true of any photographer, I prefer to describe my work in terms of what I try to achieve with it. I believe that the most striking photographs capture relationships, with ourselves, our family and friends and the world at large...I make it my business to provide my clients with images that capture the important relationships that weave together to create the fabric of their lives. For this reason I focus my work on important life moments such a birth. I also endeavor to provide affordable boudoir photography for the women wanting to celebrate their own self discovery and acceptance. The majority of my work is now done in lifestyle or documentary style rather than posed portraiture. I am regularly booked for family lifestyle sessions in the client's home, nonprofit events, and nontraditional weddings, but I am willing to consider any photography work that suits my style and sparks my creative interests.
