Photographer in San Diego, California

I am a mixed media artist who recently moved to the San Diego area. I am mainly a photographer, but I dabble with other media when it fits the project at hand. I enjoy experimenting with digital collaging and layering to create glitches and abstracting colors to alter perception. I am a recent graduate from Columbia College Chicago where I received a BA in Photography. I just moved to the San Diego area from Chicago seeking a change in environment and to meet positive and encouraging people. My education has allowed me to grow as a listener, go-getter and problem solver. I have learned how to look for logical, yet creative solutions to problems that may arise in the workplace.  My previous employment includes experience in the hospitality, retail and creative industries. I have enjoyed my employment in these hands-on environments, and believe that the skills I have learned, specifically with organization and communication, would be a great asset any position. I am a hard worker, fast learner and an enthusiastic employee, and truly enjoy combining my creative skills with logical outlines. I pride myself in always staying attentive and being prepared for obstacles that may arise. I make sure to finish tasks thoroughly and efficiently, while remaining friendly and positive!
