Photographer in Coeur D'alene, Idaho

No, I am not actually physically all too flexible, but my style and availability is! My name is Seth Elsom and I have been taking photos for roughly seven years. My experience comes from the cumulative teachings of many other photographers I have met in my life, most importantly my Grandfather, and Dan Couillard of Emmett Photo. I would say that my style is a combination of both, preferring more conventional methods of framing the subject while lending myself to use techniques such as free-lensing and using a film color (or monochrome) palette. I don't go as far as using excessive or artificial light leaks, in fact I abhor the use of artificial elements in my photography. I don't use a flash, not unless the situation specifically calls for it (IE : a group photo indoors and it is too dark to take a quick photo without flash). I would much prefer the use of natural light in a creative way to create beautiful images. If any of this sounds like what you are looking for, then I am the photographer to go with.
