I have been studying to be a plant-based chef, stylist and still life food photographer. I consider food photography an artistic inspiration. I believe in creating a beautiful image it begins with shopping, propping, and lighting. Shaping light in a way that evokes emotion, memories, and influences the viewer to desire it.
For this reason, I prefer photographing pastry because even if they are not initially beautiful by shaping the light and composing a captivating composition pastry elicits emotion, memories, and your reader’s appetite.
