Donate to Edmonton’s Bissell Centre of Change for Children Ecuador and receive a free Photoshoot and Photos! **All Photoshoots will take place after March 20th 2015** We are a team of 10 students from Strathcona High School, and we are participating in a mass fundraiser. This campaign, The Tree House Project, is about home. Our global initiative this year involves two main causes, local poverty, and ecotourism in Ecuador. Through partnerships with the Bissell Centre and the City of Edmonton Task Force to End Poverty, we are working to aid impoverished Edmontonians in their journey from poverty to prosperity. By constructing an ecotourism lodge in the Ecuador rainforest, we hope not only to protect the rainforest for generations to come, but to alleviate poverty among the Siona people who call it their home. Donations? Any and all donations can be made to one of the two branches of our global initiative, if requested. All donations are appreciated no matter how large or small, and a tax receipt is available for donations over $20.
