Howdy! I'm Christian, a passionate wedding photographer born, raised, and based in the weird and wonderful city of Austin, Texas! Believe it or not, I come from a filmmaking background, having studied in Vancouver at the University of British Columbia and in Berlin, Germany. I also had the pleasure of working with both Rooster Teeth Productions and Austin Film Festival right here in Austin, Texas. When I'm not shooting weddings, I'm traveling, watching movies, or hanging out with my German rabbit Bun. During my time studying film, my concentration was in documentary filmmaking. I try to apply my love of the documentary style to my weddings, by placing emphasis on candid moments. Each couple is so special, and I thrive in capturing that unique partnership and energy between them. I firmly believe you can take inspiration from Pinterest and others' wedding photos, but at the end of the day, it's so fun to see what comes naturally to each couple and being able to capture it forever. That being said, I'm here to guide with posing and it's always my goal to make sure you look and feel your best! ​ On your wedding day, I'm not just your photographer. We're a team, and I will spend the day making sure we are getting every shot while simultaneously keeping us on schedule, bustling your dress, fixing mascara clumps, and helping with whatever else you might need! ​ I can't wait to meet you and chat about your big day!
