Hi, I'm Jess! I'm portrait photographer with 7 years of experience. I've photographed weddings, graduating seniors and special events. I have a background in counseling, so understanding what my clients want and need in their photographs is at the heart of my work. Getting to know each other allows us to 1) have a great working relationship and 2) allows me to capture the story my clients to want to share and celebrate. I finally took the leap from serious hobby photographer to professional photographer / business owner and launched Jess Elena Photography, LLC in 2023. I work mostly with natural light, but am also comfortable working with panel lights / continuous lighting in a studio setting. I photograph: Families Individuals Live Proposals & Engaged couples Weddings (as primary shooter for a small wedding > 75 guests, second shooter for larger weddings) Person-centered products / locations (gyms, restaurants, churches, etc.) Products I use Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop for post processing and deliver an online gallery to my clients. Any photo I deliver includes downloading and printing rights. When I don't have a camera in my hands, I'm chasing my two toddlers, hanging out with my husband / our family, attempting fine cooking recipes, and embracing some level of everyday chaos.
