As a professional photographer, everyday I capture joy and beauty. I love my job. I grew up in the great state of Ohio, where I graduated with a degree in Communications from Ohio University. In 2006, I moved to Los Angeles to start a career in video production and build a life on the west coast. I got a dog, fell in love, and, after years of working in video production and public relations, decided that still photography was my greatest passion. I followed my heart, opening my own full-service business, LKR Photo, specializing in Weddings and Events, Family and Lifestyle photos. Photos become art when they tell a story, not just of a subject, time and place, but of the emotion and spirit therein. In my work, I collaborate with my clients as a storyteller - capturing their special moments as photographic art to always be cherished.
