I want you to know that my camera of choice is my smart phone. It is the only camera I take on jobs these days. 1. How much is your rate per property? How many pictures can you provide per visit? I charge $125 per photo shoot no matter how many pictures I take. I do not have a package price. I generally shoot more pictures than needed just to be able to select the choice shots. 2. How many days will it take you to take pictures of the property? I will take all the pictures in one visit. I consider one visit a photo shoot. 3. Tell us more about your payment scheme? Monthly invoice or pre-pay? I will bill after each visit but you may pay me monthly into my PayPal account. 4. How much do you charge for reschedule (just in case the owner is not there when you visit). How many times do you revisit the property? I charge $125 per visit. If I have to go back I consider that another photo shoot. I would call the homeowner to make an appointment for the photo shoot. I can revisit the property as many times as you would like.
