I specialize in landscape, portraiture, and product photography. I am a lighting snob but not confined to it. I love golden hour photography, but a moody black & white scene can be breathtaking. I believe I have a good eye for composition but I am always working on improving it. I'm not a believer in highly digitally altered photographs, as I would rather catch the scene in its natural beauty. I will, and have used, a fill flash to help create a sense of natural light. Plus, I mostly shoot in aperture priority to give a more dramatic line of focus. I shoot everything from candid street photos, weddings, head shots, product, to natural landscapes. I am a graduate of Capilano University's Media Resource Program in 2002. Advanced photography was one of the pillars of the two year course. I am fully trained in studio photography.
