Plain and simple Photo or Film production studio is now available for daily rental. The space is 20 ft. wide by 30 ft. long and has 14 ft. ceilings. Camera can sit approx. 20 ft. from object or person. There is a drop rig in the ceiling that personal drops maybe placed onto, or you can use ours for a fee. The space has a private kitchen and bathroom attached to the shooting gallery. There is a 90 high, by 90 long, by 95 inch wide, freight elevator with loading dock. There is also a shower on site, if needed. It is located just a 5 minute walk from the Graham Stop on Morgan Ave. Across the street is a lovely tree filled park with basketball courts, a children’s play area, park benches, and bbq grills. Also available is an urban style roof available for additional fees.
