Newburyport, Massachusetts Photographer/Customer Liaison Photographer – set up appointments with clients to photograph their Home, Office, automobile Upload all photographs to website for use by insurance company clients and ensure photos were high quality. Ensure that all photographs are to the client’s exact specifications. Customer Service – Deal directly with both insurance agents and their clients. Call and set up appointments, interact in a pleasant and understanding manner toward the client. Strong time management skills were required. BRYN ALAN STUDIOS/PHOTOGRAPHY Sunrise, Florida (Corporate Offices/Human Resources - Tampa, Florida) Studio Manager – Supervised activities required to achieve and maintain studio objectives, including sits, sales, time sheets and expenses. Responsible for hiring of all employees including receptionists, office assistants and photographers. Set schedules for both studio staff and “in house” sits. Ensured all paperwork for corporate was completed properly and filed on time. Ensured photographers complied with corporate regulations. Performed examination of photographs to guarantee that they met quality criteria required for the studio. Held meetings with in-house photographers to inspire and motivate them to perform at their highest level. Selected appropriate backgrounds and performed setups for all shoots. Customer Service Responsibilities – As studio manager, worked directly with customers regarding complaints and resolved issues. Assisted customers with scheduling and with their selection of photos. Worked with High School yearbook advisors to meet their demands in a timely manner. Received personal requests to photograph scheduled events and activities and responded promptly to these requests. Left Bryn Alan after twenty three years due to corporate downsizing and studio closings. I thrived in this position and would still be there if not for the downsizing and eventual closure of the studio.
