I'm an experienced photojournalist who's covered a variety of topics and conflicts — war, politics, healthcare, activism, and beyond. My experience shooting in times and stress, has made me very good at capturing human emotion and situational sentiment. No matter the subject, I consider myself talented at connecting with people (or groups of people), helping them open up, and capturing them as they are. Beyond relationship building, my work experience has also allowed me versatility. Transitioning from a combat photographer, to a domestic journalist, and now to commercial work, has provided me with a unique breadth of skills. I am available to shoot portraits, headshots, events, and beyond. This includes standard portrait/headshot/event photography, as well as portrait/headshot/event photography approached through a more artistic lens.
