Pre-Shoot: Prior to the shoot day, I would meet the client to get to know the person a little and vise versa before and to discuss the process moving forward. The introduction meeting is primarily for the client to feel comfortable with me as the photographer so he/she is relaxed and comfortable during the shoot. In this meeting, I will discuss the look and feel the client wants to achieve in his/her photos, and if a locations has been decided for the shoot, I will provide a shot list as well for the client so he/she has an idea of the shots they will be receiving. Location Scouting: Upon hire, if a desired location is known, I will scout that location before the introduction meeting and take some preliminary shots to create my shoot day shot list. Shoot Day: Depending on how many final pictures the client wants, I will take between 100 - 800 pictures. Post Production: This is the final photography stage where I will go through all the photos, select the good photos, send to client to pick the photos from the selection he/she wants for final images if not all, enhance requested photos and send final images to client. Deliverables: The client may request that the photos be delivered either via online download or flash drive files. There is no deliverables fee. The job quote is all inclusive from beginning to end.
