Hi, there. I am a local photographer, and I work with your budget! I charge by the hour and how you would want your prints. (Digital $12 and Printed $50) I offer $45 an hour. I am not here for the money, I love photographing moments for the sake of it is my passion. And knowing how it is not being able to afford much and still getting a decent pictures of events, functions, and memorable occasions (weddings, engagements, newborns, senior pictures, etc.) is hard to come by these days.
