Photographer in Westfield, New Jersey

My name is Serena Pantano. I am a proud Alumna from the School of Visual Arts located in NYC, where I received my Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Photography and Video. I utilized my time wisely in the city taking advantage of all the opportunities at my finger tips. I interned at Hearst Magazines, assisting on advertising shoots for Harper’s Bazaar, Esquire, and Marie Claire. I followed my passion for the studio to my next internship at Kenneth Cole Productions Inc., where I shadowed the in-house photographer and stylist throughout e-commerce shoots and editorial shoots. Following the pattern, next I interned for a commercial and fashion photographer named Chris Craymer. There I assisted on shoots for names brands such as Macy's and Pandora, handling Broncolor lighting equipment, as well as creating and retouching behind the scenes footage on set for both client and social media use. Senior year I branched out into Video and interned at a television studio called New Buzz Televison (NBTV Studios), which then lead to a full time job post graduation. I stayed there for a few months and found a role as a Photographer and Retoucher for a jewelry company where I have worked for seven months now. Outside of work, you can always find me with a camera, whether it is just my phone or my Nikon, I am constantly shooting everything you can imagine, from the minuscule details of what I am eating for breakfast, to a night out with my friends. Everyone I know will rely on me for the photos and I don't mind, because I love it. I shoot with a Nikon D810 and have an additional flash for events. Photography is my passion and I hope my love for this art can help you as well.
