I have experienced a diverse range of cultures in my life and became a fascinated listener of their stories. Later, in my while in the Army, I ended up in the world of photojournalism and found I had a talent for it. By photo documenting and reporting events involving different individuals and cultures, I began to see the world more objectively resulting in the reinforcement of my own self. After my most recent deployment in Kuwait (2011-20...), I enrolled in Salt Lake Community College and graduated with a Visual Arts and Media Degree in Photography in 2016.
