My name is Ryan, my passion for art, creative directing, photography stems from my love of fashion and the art world that encompasses it. I'm a recent graduate of VCUarts, where I earned my BFA in Photography. I use photo and fashion as a vehicle for my art which addresses socio-political issues such as gender fluidity, race/ethnicity in relation to beauty standards especially in the realms of fashion and media. I’ve been an assistant for multiple agencies, The 88 Agency, Trouble Management, and Union 206. I have done freelance work creating media content creator/photographer for Dr.Jart  Skincare. I assisted in photoshoots for NARS, Bloomingdales, Unemployed Magazine, Khiels, etc. I’ve also participated in Vaquera SS18 show during NYFW 2017. I have experience in studio management, production management, and have produced photo shoots for Madame Figaro Magazine and Film Ink Magazine. I also have 2 years of journalism and writing skills which I believe not only supplements, but also compliments my developed skills in photography. I’m well adept in navigating social media outlets as I fostered a large internet following with a 20,000 follower count on social media platform, Tumblr. I adapt to situations impeccably and can subdue a fast work paced environment with my time management skills. I also have background in designing clothing, photography, and computers (i.e.Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, etc.).
