Photographer Job in Natick, Massachusetts

I am currently planning the baptism celebration for my son and looking for a photographer to help make sure we capture the details of the day. The ceremony starts at noon on Sunday, April 17th in Weston MA. After the ceremony we will be having a lunch reception at a hotel in Natick, about 15 minutes from the church. I expect that the luncheon will end around 4:30. We are looking for someone to attend both the ceremony and the luncheon. We'd like candid pictures of the day as it unfolds (including detail shots of the reception - ie: tables, centerpieces, favors, crosses etc.) as well as several set up photos of the families. The files don't need to be seriously edited or retouched. Ideally we'd have a 30 minute conversation a few days before the party to discuss details and to share a list of any "must have" shots.
