Hello and happy holidays! My name is Jacob and I am planning a very special night for my girlfriend on December 21st. I will be proposing on the National Mall (reflection pool of the Capitol) after a dinner at the Old Ebbitt (8:45pm table reservation). I’m looking for a photographer to be ready for a shoot just after. I’m estimating 10pm to begin and for about 20-30 min. We can work on pay once we start a dialogue.
