JOB DESCRIPTION Overview: Esquire Magazine is looking for a professional model/fashion photographer to produce an independent fashion photo shoot for the magazine’s fashion and style content. The Photographer will work with a wardrobe stylist, 2 male models, and 1 MUA. Shoot Details: 1. There will be 1 outfit per model; 5 images for each model/look standing alone, 5 images of the models together, 5 images of each outfit alone (10 product shots). Totals 25 images. 2. Outfits/Wardrobe will be supplied by us 3. Location, date, and time will be scouted and secured by the photographer 4. Full budget: $8000 5. Photographer’s compensation: $4000 ($2... upfront and $2000 Balance payment). 6. Talents fee: $4000 7. You will hold full image right (Licensor) 8. Images will be an editorial content on www.....com for 12 months. Key Responsibilities: 1. Photograph six to eight hours outdoor/indoor fashion shoot. 2. You will evaluate and pick your location, date, and shoot time. 3. All editing/post production will be handled by photographer (little retouching). 4. Contact and negotiate with a recommended talents’ agent for the shoot. DELIVERABLES 1. You will produce and deliver 25 professionally taken pictures in High Res Digital Copies 2. Specification: 300dpi 3. Image type: JPG/JPEG 4. Transfer method: Fileshare or Dropbox or on SD card 5. File Delivery date: April 12th, 2021 (deadline is flexible) QUALIFICATIONS 1. Previous working experience in photo production. 2. Photography and handling camera. 3. Demonstrable photo editing ability with a strong portfolio. 4. Knowledge of lighting for photos. 5. Works well with on camera models.
