Hiring: Cribspot Photographer (Part-Time, Contract) Description: When you're looking for a place to rent, you're sifting through probably hundreds of different ads online. All of them end up being pretty similar: about the same price, same number of beds to baths ratio, great location, etc. But the one thing that makes an ad stick out from the crowd is the photography. A well photographed rental unit can make or break a sale and will be the difference between 5 or 50 leads. Cribspot is a next-level property management business and we're looking for a talented photographer who can showcase our properties with the same level of high-quality energy that we pride our company on. Tasks: • Traveling to different rental properties in and around the Ann Arbor area. • Coordinating appointments with tenants and property owners. • Interacting with tenants and property owners. • Picking up & returning keys to the Cribspot office. • Photographing key images that showcase the property as an attractive rental unit. • Post-processing/editing images in Adobe Lightroom or Adobe Photoshop. • Uploading images onto our internal database. • Talking about Cribspot and our product/services when prompted to. Requirements • Must have a car for travel to and from properties. • You have impressive digital photography experience. • You're friendly, personable, and always have a smile on your face. • You're incredibly organized and meticulous. • You have the 'photographer's eye' for capturing 'instagram-worthy' photos. • You're experienced at working with DSLR cameras and post-processing images. • You work well under high pressure & time-sensitive situations.
