Photographer Job in Spring Hill, Florida

I'm a science and Photography, graphic design teacher and and artist. I'm planning a November wedding in Las Vegas... however, I want to go to the Grand Canyon to do a Photo shoot. I want someone who is passionate about photography as I am... I'm a purest...I rarely alter my photos I take the time to capture what pleases me...I personally specialize in nature and abstract nature. Although I teach it all to my students because we must produce a yearbook I emphasize emotion and natural pics of people. I find people a pain to photograph... they want to pose... give cheesy smiles or annoying hand gestures. That's why get my photographers out often to desensitize the subjects. I'm not against cleverly posed photos that are well thought out and end up appearing natural. I explain this so you can understand my head space. I want a like minded photographer... not a so called "professional" if I could I'd fly some students out but that isn't possible as they are 12 and 13 and that's just not easy... don't be fooled by there youth the innocence causes them to take risk (I'm a bit of a nut and would do just about anything to get the perfect shot... even some dangerous things) following my rules of photography... they are developing and each has a unique style that gives me chills and pride... some of my former students are very successful in the field. I hope to inspire more young folks... giving them the passion to reach the dream of loving they make a living. What I ultimately want is to pre collaborate with a photographer who understands nature... lighting, angles etc. Although I don't want black and white Ansel Adam's is one of my favorite photographers. I want the raw photos and I'm happy to give any of the photos to the photographer for their portfolio/ website etc. Once I collaborate I'm a hands off person. I don't believe in micro management. I want to hire the right photographer and let their vision and art go free. I'd say to hear back regarding your thoughts. if you can't fill these needs maybe you could advise me how to find someone. I'm ok with using a student... I'd love to give an opportunity to a budding artist.
