My Visual Listings is seeking eager, self-driven, creative type with skills/knowledge in photography and also technical skills with digital editing-- real estate photography experience is not required but can be helpful. We will train you in Manual shooting, panoramic shooting, simple editing and best practices in real estate photography. Offer Videography (ground or aerial), Floor Plans, and more -- all are together, placed on the virtual tour! - Email marketing to Realtors (using Mailchimp or similar) - Photoshoots: Approx. 45 minutes - 1 hr of photographing and taking 360 panoramics (training included) - Approx. 20 min - 30 minutes of editing and uploading photos to virtual tour software for processing (same day processing as photo shoot) Skill Requirements/Software/Pluses: - Quick photo edits for a majority of the photos (ex: Saturation, Shadows, Cropping) with Adobe Lightroom, or Windows Photo Gallery (free) (or similar) - Proficient with GIMP (free) or Photoshop for detailed edits to an image - Experience in exposure blending an added benefit - Eager to learn - Professional conduct around Realtors and their clients - Understands camera functionality and eager to learn Manual shooting and flash use, if not already known Required Costs: - Zero franchise fees, No cost of entry other than camera equipment - Reliable vehicle - Mobile phone with GPS - DSLR Camera (ex: Nikon D5100 etc, Canon EOS Rebel T3i) - screen is ideal - 10-22 mm Wide angle lens for cropped frame camera - Sturdy tripod - Nodal Ninja or Panosaurus for Panoramics - Speedlight flashes (either a handheld flash with a wireless trigger from the camera body, or a Speedlight on camera hotshoe with 'slave' handheld speedlight) - Rechargeable batteries and charging station for flashes Manual photography shooting and 360 panoramic shot training (You don't do the stitching!) will be conducted as well as how to upload photos to the virtual tour system.
