This is Bob from Prime Plus Mortgages and we are looking for a freelance photographer that will take pictures of properties that we are working on. We are looking at shooting 5 to 10 properties per month and they are in Maricopa County. Here are some questions that we have before we get started:
1. How much is your rate per property? Do you have a package?
2. How many pictures can you provide per visit?
3. How many days will it take you to take pictures of the property?
4. Tell us more about your payment scheme? Monthly invoice or pre-pay?
5. How much do you charge for reschedule (just in case the owner is not there when you visit). How many times do you revisit the property?
