Seeking an individual or company to promptly conduct an on-site indoors and outdoors photo shoot of our one business location (estimated at 2-4 hours), select 20 quality images, and design an 11x17 bifold (4 page) brochure. Deliverables are: - 20 high quality images with license to use them in business documents such as requests for funding, transmitted by email, link, or DVD no later than July 22, 2019... page bifold brochure (one 11x17 page folded) completed graphic design in format suitable for commercial printing with three revisions no later than July 29, 2019, using existing provided copywriting. I am seeking your price list or quote for the services and timeline described above, as well as your contact information and billing terms. Payment will be made net 30 via paper check from the nonprofit organization. Additional requirements: - Must not take any photos where clients are present (staff are OK). - Must provide information for photographer who is able to pass a criminal background check and is not currently on probation. - Must schedule an appointment with staff for escorted photo shoot and comply with all visitor rules while on site.
