Photographer Job in Washington, District of Columbia

I am from NYC, but will be in Washington, DC for business for a few weeks. While there, I am hoping to propose to my girlfriend when she comes to visit, and would love to find an experience and affordable photographer capable of helping to capture the moment. I plan to do this at the National Arboretum near the capitol columns. I don't have exact details as to the time yet, but this would most likely take place the afternoon of October 30th, or November 17th (my two days off). Somebody who is reactive and has experience with surprise engagement photography is preferred. Stylistically, looking for a mix of close-up and long-range shots, and willing to work together to plan the event. As I am not from the DC area, I haven't had a chance to scout the area myself, but hope to do so ahead of the proposal.
