What is Lack Of Focus? Lack Of Focus is a privately owned photography service created by myself, Samuel Jacob Hancock in 2017. I am a student of Journalism at the University of Oregon. I have always had a passion and desire for creating, and photography allows me to create moments that last a lifetime.
Where is Lack Of Focus? I have been passionately serving the communities of Portland, OR. and Eugene, OR. for the last few years. I am currently based in Eugene, OR. However, I travel all throughout Oregon on a regular basis and am more than happy on the road meeting clients, and performing shoots.
