Photographer Job in Alturas, California

Hi, I'm a real estate investor and I just bought property outside of Alturas, California. I need someone who can follow directions and GPS to the land, take 4 shots each facing north, south, east, and west. Also any notable property features, neighborhood, close power lines, road condition and anything scenic or beautiful. Each photo needs to be named according to direction it faces or content. The key to this job is you'll need to be able to find the property and get to it. Lat/long are 41.55390.... On Mountain Goat Drive in Modoc Recreational estates. This land isn't staked and doesn't have a street address assigned, so you've got to use the lat/long. I don't know what the snow conditions are, but I do know that a few miles of the road to the property is unpaved/dirt.
