Highlights of my experience include • Choosing the story/content for production. • Determining the storyboard for the performance. • Training the artistic and technical teams. • Developing rehearsal and production schedules. • Guiding the performers through a creative process. • Delegating schedules and planning and execution of workshops outside of the regular schedule. • Communicating with the Board of Directors and working with volunteers, for the planning and execution of workshops outside of the regular schedule. • Administrative duty, attending monthly board meetings and providing regular written status reports and manage elements of grant applications.
