Photographer in Bowie, Maryland

I am a photographer working out of my home in Bowie, MD. I offer newborn photography but also work with small children and families. I can do studio quality shoots in my home. On location outdoor shoots can also be arranged. I have a number or props and backdrops and I'm always adding to my collection of cute newborn outfits and accessories. I work with professional level camera and lighting equipment. My sessions all include a certain number of digital files. Most photographers will offer a lower session price and then require a large print minimum. I believe that once you have paid for your digital files they should be yours to do what you please with them. I also work hard to edit files on the day of a shoot if possible so that your pictures can be delivered to you in a very timely manner, sometimes the day of the shoot. Pictures are delivered via dropbox online to the customer. Newborn - this is best done in the newborns first 2 weeks, so it's best to plan ahead! This session lasts 3 hours. The price for this is $450 at my home includes 20 High Res imagines. Mini Newborn - A smaller version of the newborn package, 1.5 hours and 10 digital images. Infant/Toddler/Child - Kids grow fast and you don't want to miss all the fun milestones. Tummy time, sitting up, standing...these shoots are really fun to do with the colorful backdrops! These sessions are usually quicker and take about an hour. $150 with 10 High Res images included. Cake Smash! - This is a super fun shoot for your little one's first birthday! Once you have decided on a color scheme or theme we can plan a great photo shoot and have a custom cake made for your baby to make a big mess with!! Includes a custom cake made by "Cakes by Rachel" at the Honey Hive Bakery in Edgewater, MD. $275 and includes 15 edited digital images. (This session includes 2 backdrop changes with normal portraits in addition to the cake smash setup. This insures that we get adorable pictures regardless of how the child reacts to the cake smash itself, little ones don't always love it as much as we hope!) Family Sessions - Done at the location of your choice up to 30 miles from bowie, MD. Further distances will require additional surcharge. This session is best done early in the morning or in the evening during the "golden hour" as the light is beautiful during this time. Includes 15 edited digital images. $250.
