Photographer Job in Washington, District of Columbia

Real estate related blogger here looking for photographer. Photographer should have a creative mind and good eye. Some photographs will include myself but others will not and this is where being creative will be handy. I'd prefer to get away from the standard real estate pictures as frankly I could get those from any stock website. For instance one photograph I need to do talks about insurance. Not a glamourous subject, right? I don't think so either but the image I would like to associate to the article is me under a red umbrella in the dark of night on a rainy evening. The idea is the red umbrella represents insurance and how it can protect you from the elements. Please ask any questions in advance.
