My name is Scott Buisson, I am from New Orleans, LA. My girlfriend and I are taking a trip to Rock City/ Ruby Falls on Thursday. I plan on proposing on top of one of the mountains. It never occurred to me to hire a photographer until recently so sorry for short notice. We would be at Rock City mid afternoon between 1-3.
