Photographer in Daytona Beach, Florida

Anything related to photography - traditional or digital. Custom enlargements as well. I am a seasoned professional, having worked as a professional at Kodak for 21 years. Most of my experience is with photo lab support. I have a degree in Photo Lab Management from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY, 1988. I worked in many labs and for a professional photographer as well, in Pittsburgh. I traveled to Sweden to work in a high volume lab there in 1987 and 1991 (two times) as a high speed automated color printer operator and quality control technician. Have worked in professional studios (Pixie Studio, Swissvale, PA), professional labs (Filmet Color Labs, Swissvale, PA), and 1-hour labs (Foto 60, Monroeville, PA). Have taken courses on professional photographic illustration. I have worked at Kodak for 21 years but got let go when I was out on medical leave after having a sudden cardiac arrest down here in Daytona Beach in 2007. Kodak went bankrupt before I could return, so now I am on disability as a result, and I'm okay with that now - don't want to lose that. Just want to do something on the side and earn a little extra income. I am a private pilot, have worked in a number of different labs covering the whole gamut of the industry, have experience supporting NASA as well, and professional studios too. But I have a degree in photofinishing, not professional photographic illustration, although I know many pro photographers and have been in touch with them for over 25 years. I have started in photo illustration and separated into what I thought was a more interesting and rewarding career (photo lab management), and it was until it "died" though.
