Our client is requesting video footage of a potential retail site to determine if there will be any traffic issues while accessing the site. I have included verbiage (see below) from their email explaining what areas/info they're looking for. We will need this done as soon as possible as our client is in the process of finalizing their selection of this site. The primary concern is the backing up past our entrance (Fairfax) and how congested Clairemont gets on the weekends. For the study we will need drone footage for Wednesday at 5:30pm and Saturday at 12:00pm to capture the areas below: • Clairmont and Fairfax – Footage of the whole intersection from the south side shooting north to see traffic buildup and confirm there will be no stacking issues for customers turning left out of site on Fairfax. At least 3 light cycles. • Clairemont and London Rd - Observe the traffic flowing east/west on Clairemont. At least 3 light cycles. • Observe the ingress/egress on both cuts off Hastings Way (should be able to capture both in one shot)."
